In addition to the Town Center at Palm Coast, Westwind is currently providing the site development for Water Oak, an upscale neighborhood of single family homes; Tuscan Reserve, a condominium community; Publix grocery store, and Brookhaven, a residential community, all located in Palm Coast. Westwind continues to develop its west Florida operations, and is currently providing site development for Coconut Crossings in Bonita Springs, a commercial property located in Lee County, Florida. |
