Marion Mosely, CEO
Marion Mosely has a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of South Carolina. He has nearly 20 years' experience in both heavy construction and mining, with particular emphasis on financial management within these fields. Mr. Mosely holds construction licenses in Broward and Dade Counties, and is a state of Florida Certified General Contractor and Certified Underground Excavation Contractor.
Robert A. "Skeeter" Parks III, Executive Vice President
Mr. Parks attended Holding Technical Institute, majoring in Civil Engineering. With over 30 years of experience, Parks is a wetland restoration specialist committed to minimizing environmental impacts on construction projects. He is skilled in all aspects of construction and mitigation including site development, underground utilities, concrete construction and surveying.
Mark D. Sowards, Vice President and Area Manager
Mr. Sowards attended Florida State University and Polk Community College and is a State of Florida Certified and Excavation Contractor. He has successfully managed numerous projects over 19 years consisting of site development for private developers, major road construction and underground utility construction.
Waldemar Polizzi, Vice President and Secretary
Waldemar "Waldy" Polizzi has a BS in Business Administration with a major in economics and a minor in accounting from UNA-FCG, "Faculdade de Ciencias Gerenciais" of Belo Horizonte, Brazil and has also attended Civil Engineering school of UFMG, "Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais", Loyola Architectural Design School and FAU/BCC Accounting and English courses. Mr. Polizzi previously owned and operated a manufacturing company in Brazil and was a pioneer in the South American Market for the heavy construction machinery export industry, including exportation, product development, sales and financing for machinery and parts manufactured in the USA. Mr. Polizzi has provided complete solutions for major construction projects in South America, Africa, and the Caribbean. Mr. Polizzi currently manages all of Weswind's equipment/vehicle fleet, including the purchase and sale of assets, lease/lease purchasing contracts, and logistical resources.
