Flagler County; Graham Swamp Trail, City of Palm Coast
Graham Swamp Trail consists of 2.3 miles of constructed multi-use trails, consisting of Shell-Rock paths, boardwalks and bridges. This project traverses from Old Kings Road, to Colbert Lane, making way through various natural habitats including upland Scrub, and Cypress Swamps. The project also consisted of two pre-fabricated bridges over open ditches, with supporting infrastructure; one over 89 feet long and the other over 48 feet long.
